Deadline 13 January 2025The programme is aimed at school leavers, with the next intake joining our London office in September 2025. We recruit in Bristol and London in alternate years and so the following intake will join our Bristol office in September 2026.The six-year programme combines learning and study to help our apprentices develop key skills whilst growing their legal knowledge. Apprentices spend one day a week studying with The University of Law towards a law degree and the solicitors qualifying exams. All university and exams fees are paid for by the firm and you will earn a salary throughout the programme.&nbsp;The first year is spent within our legal matter support team, followed by three 12-month placements within different legal teams before joining the training contract rotation for the final two years. This allows for the best and most flexible learning programme whilst you undertake your training. College of Legal Practice offers a modular learning programme, which will provide you with the core skills needed to be successful in your career. This is delivered online to give as much flexibility as possible and each of our Trainees is given a dedicated tutor/mentor to guide them throughout the course.

We see hundreds of applications so think about how you and your experience can set you apart.</li></ul>Our process for reviewing applications and offering a Summer Vacation Scheme is fairly easy. Once the deadline hits, CVs are reviewed blindly (to assist with removing any unconscious bias) by our core recruitment group. Once applications have closed, we prepare a shortlist. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to our Assessment Centre which will take place on 19 - 20 March 2025. Following on from the Assessment Centre, candidates will be informed of the outcome towards the end of March.A few final points that are worth noting:We want to set you up for success throughout the recruitment process. If you have particular special circumstances that you would like us to take into consideration, please let us know on your application form, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs.Candidates participating in the Scheme will be paid £450 for the week.
