Work experience (unpaid) - GT Stewart

GT Stewart encourages applications from students who are interested in the areas of law that we work in.

Due to the sensitive nature of the work and the issues that can arise, it is not appropriate to take on students below Year 12 (must be 16 years of age or above at the time of the placement).

In accordance with our Equality & Diversity policy we give priority to students from local state schools and academies.

We are aware that those who are connected through family or social relations with professionals already working in the field are much more likely to obtain work experience in that field. For that reason we do not encourage direct applications from those who are related to our in house lawyers though we are happy to consider them as part of our general intake.

Places are available at half term and during the summer holidays.

Priority is given to those who apply early and generally will be allocated on that basis.
