Work experience - 2025 - Whitehead Monckton

Applications will be taken from 01 December 2024 – 31 March 2025

We are very pleased to be able to offer one week of unpaid work experience to Year 10 + school/college and university students who wish to develop their skills within the legal industry and gain an insight into the workings of a large regional firm of solicitors.

Every June    5 x school / college students – Maidstone office

1 x school / college student – Canterbury office

1 x school / college student – Tenterden office

(Ramsgate office by special request)

Every July      5 x university students – Maidstone office

1 x university student – Canterbury office

1 x university student – Tenterden office

(Ramsgate office by special request)

Over a typical week, you could spend time in the following areas:

• Corporate / Commercial
• Family
• Tax and Estate Planning
• Property (Residential and Commercial)
• Dispute Resolution
• Employment

In each team you will be assigned a mentor who will provide you with tasks throughout the day and feedback on the assigned work.
