We are seeking to recruit two paralegals/caseworkers to join our successful team which is highly regarded and rated as a national leader in all aspects of human rights, civil liberties and public law.  

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The role will consist of assisting the fee earners in the team with case preparation, including administrative tasks, legal research, client liaison, drafting statements, processing evidence, collating and ordering documentation / evidence, attending conferences and court, preparing application forms, evidence and uploads, assisting with legal aid applications and preparing files for legal aid billing.  From time to time the post holder may be asked to assist other members of the team.

You will need to:

  • be highly motivated, proactive, self-servicing, enthusiastic,
  • have excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills,
  • have a flexible and professional attitude,
  • be able to work on confidential matters and under pressure together with a keen eye for detail.
  • have completed the LPC / in process of completing SQE
