What is the role?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to primarily support our legal and governance team, managing a full and busy workload. You'll be expected to meet deadlines, stay calm under pressure and communicate effectively.

This role requires a flexible, team-oriented approach with a passion for learning and strong organisational skills. Adaptability is key, as you will need to be proactive and hands-on in supporting the team's tasks.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will conduct general research for the team, summarise findings and assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. You will support regulatory filings, help draft compliance policies and assist with managing compliance platforms and training.

Additional responsibilities include organising contract signatures, maintaining the contract management system, proofreading documents and staying informed on legal and regulatory developments. You will also attend meetings, take minutes, and perform ad hoc tasks, while ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.

Is this you?

The ideal candidate will have a law degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships. They should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work. The role requires comfort in a fast-paced environment, the ability to handle confidential information discreetly, and an open-minded approach to problem-solving. A passion for sport or football is desirable
