We are seeking a permanent, full-time Family Paralegal for our busy Hammersmith office to join our expanding team.

Your Profile:

You will preferably:

  1. Be embarking on or have completed either the LPC or BPTC and undertaken the family law elective Private Law Children
  2. Be able aim to demonstrate an interest in Family law
  3. Have strong organisational skills
  4. Have the ability to work under pressure

We would like the ideal candidate to:

  1. Provide the highest level of client care in the management of client matters
  2. Provide support to Fee Earners
  3. Build relationships with internal and external parties
  4. Ensure that files are managed effectively, creating letters or documents on the case management system
  5. Attending clients and taking notes
  6. Completing public funding applications
  7. Collating and redacting large documents for Court bundles where necessary
  8. Liaising with the local authorities, Police and medical professionals to request/receive documents. Liaising with Courts and experts
