We have a small intake of 4-5 graduate trainees per year which ensures the availability of plenty of challenging and interesting work and maximises retention rates upon qualification. Over the two-year graduate programme our trainees have the opportunity to rotate between our six practice groups; Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Family, Property, and Private Client. Throughout the graduate programme trainees are given regular development support from their supervisor.Our graduate scheme takes place in our modern offices in Gerrards Cross and trainees are expected to attend the office most days.Applicants must have good academics - A-levels (ABB) or equivalent and a degree in any subject (2:1 or above (obtained or predicted)).
