We are now accepting applications for our vacation scheme in 2025.

The vacation scheme takes place in our offices in Gerrards Cross over five days between June and September. It provides a great way to get to know the firm and experience working in a regional law firm. It is also a good opportunity for us to get to know you and we regularly invite vacation scheme candidates to join our paralegal or training contract assessment process.

Our programme offers students the opportunity to rotate between our six practice groups. During your week you will benefit from:

• introductions to each team
• multiple networking opportunities with partners, associates, trainees and other representatives from across the firm
• work shadowing with junior lawyers in each practice group, and
• undertaking a mix of administration and paralegal/trainee tasks.

Applicants must be studying or have studied for a law degree.  

To apply applicants should complete the online application form which includes a CV and cover letter. The cover letter should tell us about their grades at school/college and university, their hobbies and interests outside of work, why they’ve chosen a career in law and why they want to do a work placement at BP Collins.

Successful candidates will be invited to attend an online interview with a member of the HR team and to complete a number of assessments.
