Each year we welcome Trainee Solicitors who become fundamental to the success of EMW. Within the training contract you’ll be able to enjoy a high level of responsibility, collaboration and support from the start. Please read our Apprenticeship header for more information on how our Solicitor Apprenticeships work.

We have an in depth induction programme for your first few weeks with EMW. Here you’ll be given an overview of how everything works within the business.

Adjusting to your new role and company can be exciting and challenging. Our buddy programme is there to help guide you in your first few weeks with us.

The majority of your Training Contract will be based at our Milton Keynes office, but on occasions you will required to visit our other office locations too.
