You will receive hands on practical experience from the outset and will be challenged throughout your training, while at the same time working in a friendly environment that is supportive of your learning and development. The hope is you will be part of the next generation of lawyers at Bower Bailey and therefore we aim to retain every trainee on qualification as a solicitor.

Selection Process

The selection process typically comprises of two stages:

• Application and CV

• Interview

Invites for interview will be June/July 2025.

Knowledge and Experience

• Strong academic record essential

• Passing either the LPC or SQE1 assessment by commencement required

• Competent with IT applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook essential Key attributes

• Ability to work independently but also with other members in the team

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

• Confident with communicating at all levels, both verbally and in writing

• Inquisitive and keen to learn with a natural drive to succeed

• Passionate about the law
