Looking to hire a corporate paralegal to support the senior lawyer in high level strategic corporate transactional and fund formation work.
- IPP asset management, including fund value enhancing divestment M&A;
The requirements:
- The recruit will be a paralegal with a couple of years or so experience in a quality corporate legal team, whose ambition is to grow as a corporate lawyer.
The recruit will:
- Have worked on high quality corporate transactions, preferably (but not essentially) including equity investment and bank debt work
- Have experience in data room assembly and management
- Have experience in supporting on warranty review and disclosure process
- Have experience in conditions precedent management
- Know way around ancillary documents such as board minutes, shareholder resolutions and the like
- Be very familiar with Companies Registry filing requirements and similar
- Have experience in routine documents such as NDAs, exclusivity commitments, non binding offers and the like.
- Have a keen eye to responsibility for post completion actions and follow up
