The Role
As a Property Paralegal, youll provide invaluable support to our dedicated Social Housing Property team, driving impactful outcomes.
Specifically, youll handle a broad range of matters, including individual acquisitions and sales, plot sales and shared ownership transactions, including staircasing, assignments, and lease extensions.
You will also manage Land Registry applications and requisitions and general property transactions.
About You
To be considered as a Property Paralegal, you will need:
- Experience as a Property Paralegal
- Previous experience in property law, including sales, acquisitions, and leases
- A strong understanding of the conveyancing process and the ability to run your own caseload
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, diligent, and proactive attitude
