You will have the support of your team and a dedicated mentor, balanced with the hands-on practice necessary to support your future career ambitions.THINGS YOU'LL DO:<ul><li>Get involved with strategic projects which the legal department is working on</li><li>Learn about data privacy law and how it impacts customers and ADP itself</li><li>Write letters to customers on a variety of matters</li><li>Review contracts and understand the key important terms of those contracts and how they can be enforced</li><li>Understand how any legal department organises itself globally and in country</li><li>Incident management and the process of dealing with incidents within any business and work on root cause analysis documents</li><li>Prepare training for parts of the business on legal and commercial matters</li><li>Work with finance and credit control on debt collection matters understanding cash flow, customer insolvencies and company changes</li><li>Understand some of the regulatory framework around a business</li></ul>WHAT YOU'LL NEED:<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills particularly written communication</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint</li><li>Willing to learn</li><li>Positive and determined attitude</li><li>High attention to detail</li></ul>If your application is successful you will be invited for a telephone interview to discuss your skills and interest for the role.
